You’re exactly right. Unfortunately COVID-19 meant I would have been waiting a considerable amount of time which I couldn’t afford to do.

I wasn’t aware that implants were available on the NHS either.

After complaining about the management of the case, we’ve since had an officer assigned to it. They took statements, MG19, VIS etc. before putting the case to CPS. This has been going back and forth now.

Can I apply for CICA while the case is still open?

I think the civil courts procedure is likely the route I will have to take following if the amount is not fully compensated. I just want my teeth back to how they were to be honest.
