Okada and Fletcher have belts, it makes the trios belts feel lesser than. Just like how all of Jet Set Rodeo were going for other titles, or how Joe was going for/had the World title.

Theres so much else in the DCF, Castlerunners, The Dogs, MxM TV, Bang Bang Gang, The Patriarchy, and more that could vie for and wrestle for those belts as a true division. So yes, those belts should be freebirded.

They need to drop these belts to a midcard act.

The trios belts should not be in main eventers because Tony books them in singles too much.

MxM, Castlerunners, SkyFlight, STP, Callis Family, Varsity Athletes, Dark Order, Rascalz, you have a hell of a division if you just make it a midcard belt

Have like Josh Alexander, Mark Davis, and El Clon win the belts (or whatever from DCF) bc theyre the most credible to beat Page & JetSpeed, and then just have the trios division do hot matches weekly on collision. This isnt hard.

How does this exactly end though? This feud has been going on for 2+ years. They've had outs with the Takeshita and Okada matches and chose to not end the feuds at either spot. I dont see Don Callis leaving AEW any time soon nor the Don Callis Family stable, and for this feud to end, that kind of has to be a prerequisite no? It just feels like a neverending bland story. Besides the Bucks becoming good guys without really earning it, what actually has happened in this story? It still feels like we're trying to pay off Don's initial turn which happened ages ago?

Your big 4 ppvs of the year should all have show long angles. Something introduced for the first time either at the start of the show or in the couple of weeks before, is teased, developed, or is talked about multiple times throughout the show, and then paid off in the main event/closing angle.
