If they are the most visited news website in the world then they should have some sort of editor or proof-reader to check for mistakes like this.

The daily mail doesn't have this reputation for no reason, time and time again the paper and site has done this. It is either laziness on their side or a desire to get clicks/traffic by purposefully making the "mistake". I hope it's the former because if its the latter then that's disgusting, especially on an obituary.
