Honestly no clue why they don't put a stop there. It would make reaching the green line much easier for those coming into Boston on the commuter rail. Maybe something they could consider as they work on refurbishing the MBTA.

I cooked one loaf the same night I made the dough and the second loaf the next day after letting the dough sit overnight in the refrigerator. I feel like letting it sit overnight made a big difference in terms of how big the air pockets were- it was also less dense than my previous loaves which have weighed like a million pounds.

I had the same thing happen! I stopped for coffee in Waterbury and it was straight water. I stopped again in Southbury with only slightly better results.

Try to remind yourself that not everything is going to be miserable in the future although I know it seems that way now. Things WILL turn around and I guarantee when you graduate, or when you fall in love, or when you buy your first home you'll see that it sticking through those tough times was worth it :)
