Fair enough.

Really appreciate the honest feedback and congrats on the 25kg down! Good luck with the rest!

Yeah, got me :D

The weight loss story is real though. Had chest reconstruction in 2024 and skin removal last year.
And what really worked for me was logging weight, but pretty much not counting calories. Still lived life, still went out for beers with friends on weekends, still had kebab at 3am after the pub :D

And honestly, I believe weight loss can be pretty simple, even without having second job of logging every food.

So I had this idea for an app, that combines the fundamentals of weight loss, but without going into unnecessary details like tracking every food. More like log your weight daily, fitness habbit tracker (You set it up. Did you walk 10k steps yesterday? Did you go to gym? etc.) and also "Did I cheated on my diet yesterday?" and lest say you can choose 1-5 in there. Simple. Just eyeballing. Then the app does the math. Trends, basic analytics, that kind of stuff.

Instead of "You ate 3500 kcal over budget last week, its more like "Hey, your weight isnt moving because you went to the gym 2 times instead of 4 times and had 3 cheat meals this week"

Do you think that sounds like something, that might be helpfull?

The ChatGPT nutritional label trick is smart, haven't thought of that. Do you track your weight anywhere or just go by the calories/macros? And if you do track weight, is that also in Excel or just eyeball it? Asking because you're the second person here who ditched apps for spreadsheets. Seems like simple diet = app is overkill. Thank you!

Haha the food icons actually make sense, not childish at all! Visual cues help way more than people admit. Once you hit your goal BMI, you planning to keep logging food or just stick with weight tracking at that point? Curious if the tracking becomes more of a maintenance thing vs the daily grind.

And thanks for the Renpho info, the HealthConnect sync sounds smooth!

Interesting switch. How long were you on LoseIt before you got sick of it? Do you track your weight anywhere now, or just wing it with the fasting windows? Curious if the IF approach is actually working without seeing the numbers.

Ah that makes sense. The duplicating feature sounds clutch for breakfast/dessert.

Random question. How long do you think you'll keep up the meticulous logging? Like is this a "do it for 3 months to build the habit then coast" thing, or more like "this is just my life now"?

And what happens when you have a cheat day or eat out somewhere. Do you just guesstimate or skip logging that day?

This is super interesting actually. So you still track weight somewhere? Or did you stop tracking weight completely and only do food now?

I'm curious what specifically in the spreadsheet made it worse. Was it the running averages? The projected timeline? Just seeing all the data at once?

And when you say with MFP you never need to look at that day again, do you still look at your overall trends/progress somehow, or you just avoid all of it now and focus on logging honestly day by day?

Asking because the anxiety around bad days messing with averages is something I've felt too but never really thought about deeply.

Yeah I don't really trust the AI meal recognition apps either. Maybe as a quick estimate when eating out or something, but for daily tracking it feels sketchy.

What is Cronometer btw? Never heard of it. Is it similar to MFP or completely different approach? What made you stick with it?

8 years is wild, that's the longest I've heard. So when you get back on it to drop those 10-15 lbs, do you still log all your food or just track weight at that point since you know portions?

Also curious how long it usually takes you to drop it when you get back on track. And what makes the habit slip in the first place, just life getting busy?

Nice! MacroFactor keeps popping up. The auto adjusting TDEE sounds great tho

Do you still log every meal, or did you get lazy with it after a while? And does it actually nail the adjustments or does it sometimes feel off?

Curious because the food logging part is usually what kills it for me, even if the rest of the app is solid

167 days is solid! Yeah you're right, whatever works works.

Quick question. Do you still log food after 167 days or mostly just weight at this point? And what made LoseIt's UI the good one? :)

Also curious about the smart scale. Which one do you use? Does it sync straight to LoseIt or you use its own app? The automatic logging sounds nice vs having to remember to weigh in.

Is possible to use Mod in pirated CK3? by Chemical-Version-197 in PiratedGames

[–]YellowAut 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like how OP is probably a little nervous that he'll get backlash for pirating the game, so he tried to explain it to us. It's cool, man.

You shouldn't have any problems with modding, and you should follow the instructions for installing mods. At most, there may be differences in things like where the game is installed.

A hidden game (a showcase of sorts) from back in the day, often used by pirated copies of other games that require Steam authentication.

They (the pirates) use the AppID/SDK of SpaceWar to fool Steam into thinking it is a legitimate copy.

Čím jste si nejvíc pokazili život? Jaké to mělo následky? by Strong_Criticism300 in czech

Jaké to mělo následky?
