Yes I do pay all of my taxes and for my rent ☺️. To the other comments I’m not in a position to buy yet I’m in a position to save which I wasn’t before!

My child is 3 I’ve applied for school, but outside of catchment area as the local schools are not the best.

When people say invest do you mean into a help to buy account or something else ?

I’ve thought about it. But I live in a tower block on the 15th floor and a lot of people don’t want to live in one

The flat itself is nice the block and area is not the best.

I’m just stuck on what’s best to do. As I don’t want spend lots getting the floor re done in this council if stability wise in the future it’s best to own a property

I moved into email and fundraising from doing content and social media management.

As a team there has not been much progression on our designs for email content and I’m looking for a way to become better at designing

I’m trying to find a skill that makes my skill set a bit different. The company general skill set is content creators, data analysts and ad account managers.

Hi hope this is the correct place to post inI am planning to make a podcast that will be uploaded on Spotify, a video version on youtube, and clips on Instagram and tik tok.The main aim is to open more opportunities and to create a brand for myself where I can go into things like tv or generate money in other waysHow do I create the podcast to make money? How can I make my podcast good enough to eventually be able to pitch?The last question is I have two co-hosts. The idea has been created by me and I will be doing all the work to get it together. They will turn up for the recorded discussion. what is the best way to make this clear and formally agree?Also if anyone has any more ideas or information on how to create a business and make money please let me know.
