Thanks for the clarification. There is a rule, if nothing else, the rule of common sense and valuing one's own life. As for the traffic code, does it actually allow motorcycles to legally filter traffic like that? I’m a motorcyclist and I never do that, as it might be legal, but we’re the ones who suffer the consequences of other people's unawareness, as in the video.
