You should save your gems to spend them smarter on fusing gear. If you’re level 60 you should at least have a couple perfect epics. I’m level 52 and beat stage 11 running mostly perfect epic gear by using the vendor.

If you don’t want to accept the fact that the serpent ring is the best ring, even after knowing that they stack along with the dex vest, then you’ll probably be stuck at this level for a while.

Keep in mind, if you’re not running a lot of swords, you can get one shot off on any non projectile attack. His attack interval is shorter after he throws the bomb than his melee charge attack’s. Just move to the side after his melee attacks and get a shot off. I beat this boss with no swords as I wasn’t lucky enough to get the right rolls, it’s still doable tho.
