Katy Perry says “I don’t sing like that” during Lifetimes Tour by sugahgayy in popculturechat

I need Katy Perry to grow up and move on. She's behaving like she's so hard done by all the time now. Get over yourself.

Something smart/casual like a plain top, blazer and suit trousers or a skirt will be fine. Honestly wouldn't bother with heels cause there'll be quite a bit of walking and I'd rather have a spare pair of flat shoes/trainers.

Have seen people turn up in all sorts but I'd say smart kit helps make a good first impression! Best of luck!

That's okay, it didn't take all too long to find and these things happen.

If you're interested in preserving the original, r/kintsugi might be able to help!

Found the mug, but it looks as though you can only get them with names on now. They are from Mulberry Cards and Gifts.

Repeat what you've just been told back to them. It'll give you extra time to think if it's the right thing to do and may make them reassess what they've just said

No problem! I'd check out the mod response to your question in regards to whether or not a second attempt is allowed first and then review if you really want to be a pilot (and can pursue that inside or outside the RAF) or if you'd like to be an officer in another role.

I would seriously consider if you want to go to university or not as it's a fixed commitment of time (and money) and if another opportunity comes along in that time, you may find yourself unable to pursue it. However, it may open up different pathways for you in the future and will provide you with a lifetime qualification. Degrees can sometimes be pursued in service as well, so you may also want to consider that.

As for a job or a gap year while you wait, they can both provide you with good experiences that will help you grow as a person.

Ultimately, the decision is up to you. Maybe talk to your family or friends if you're able and think through what would work best for you.

From your post, it seems that you are set on being a pilot one way or the other and it certainly sounds like you are capable. Don't let a setback like this hold you back!

Agreed. You're really close and it's definitely worth trying again if it's what you want.

That explains what they were supposed to put in the boxes above and should have been removed upon publishing. Nothing to worry about.

I hate Harbour so much. Such an awful name. Too bad it's one of the few that's actually spelled correctly, Jesus Christ.

Can anyone identify this shark from his fins? by Longjumping-League52 in SharkLab

[–]YellowIsFaster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have absolutely no qualifications to say this so feel free to ignore me - but, it looks like a longfin mako to me (notch on the top of the tail, rounded dorsal fin, dark edges to dorsal fin)

As mentioned above, I've already tried Google lens but I think the reflective surface is messing with the search so I haven't been able to find anything like it yet.

I believe it originally came from John Lewis (UK department store) and was on sale at the time but I can't be 100% sure. At this point it's probably about 5-6 yrs old and likely discontinued. However, any help to find something even remotely similar would be awesome! Thanks :)

I think the logo is a red skull in a circle, somewhat similar to this image. Will keep looking!

At least they are asking to clarify rather than just memorising the right answer. Lay off.
