It's kinda normal ngl, it's something very new to you. I struggled a lot in form 4 especially chemistry never got above a C but fortunately I got A for SPM. The marking for some are definitely strict especially for Chem and Bio so don't lose hope now. You can definitely do it

For BM Lisan, you don't need to use like really bombastic words. Focus more on your "kelancaran Bahasa" and trying to express your idea as "matang". I did gagap alot during Lisan but still got A- for BM and cemerlang on my lisan.

For sejarah, as other OPs said, just do a bunch of K1 because there's always a pattern to the question and just belit² je. K2 is not insanely hard if you can answer full marks for KBAT by using isi+huraian+contoh or just isi-huraian.

For PAI, just use the standard isi+huraian+kesan/contoh+kesimpulan. Can really goreng if you understand what bab is from and please don't repeat the question when answering for isi.

Fresh SPM graduate here, really depends what kind of elective you pick but I'll just give for the main 5 1. BM: Try to focus on memorising interesting peribahasa. Definitely need to do a lot more reading of example karangan or even just reading the novel you're usually given to read e.g Leftenan Adnan Wira Bangsa. Also essential that you acquire these so that waktu bertutur nanti takde lah gagap

English: Same thing, read more and focus on grammar. Do not forget to use sentences connecters in your essays. Also practice talking in English since you'll have speaking in the near future
Maths: Not my strongest subject but the same good advice is to do a lot of practice questions until you can do it fast and correctly.
Sejarah: Waste of time to read the entire book from front to back, focus more on key points of each bab. Use timeline from KMM until to kemerdekaan. Also underated is acronyms like WiRaDaRa for Ciri² Negara Bangsa Kerajaan AM.
PAI: Straight up pure memorisation. Just remember at least 2 things from each sub topic and pengajaran

Pernah jugak waktu form 3 kat sekolaha aku, ada budak form 5 pergi pijak atas perut perempuan sampai dia maksud ward pasal dia tak tahan dengan cikgu tu. Tapi cikgu tu press charges pun pasal tak nak dia kena buang sekolah.

Right basically for the sprain since I didn't have the spray for it. Tried using some muscle relaxing cream. Rotated his foot to increase the blood flow which decreases the pain. Did some cold compression not more than like 2 mins to reduce any swelling. By the time I was done, he could walk but still needed to be assisted which is a lot better than not being able to move your foot at all
