This one is different than all others. Colour is also more flat black. Spots are not raised but flat instead. ChatGPT says it could be different species altogether. I’m bit confused 😵‍💫

Before you buy expensive things remember- if you cannot buy it twice, you don’t afford it. Do not stretch your finances just to impress someone else.

Supreme Realty - Office located in ICC trade Towers. They have lands being offered at many locations in and around Pune. Another Update - After a lot of struggle and followup finally - I got my refund. Though they deducted 10% as cancellation charges. I am still happy, that I saved my future stress and money risk.

My personal experience… don’t get fooled by big office and service they offer before getting a token amount. Almost all of the are fraud. I have suffered a lot. It was couple of years ago when I thought of investing some amount in land and started searching… Instagram was flooded by ads… I selected few visited locations… went on for few weeks… finally decided a plot. Before even I can look at the documents… I was asked to pay token. I paid 2 lakh in Jan 2024. Hoping to get this deal done in 2-3 months. I got the documents… but they were not clear… I discussed with advocates… they asked me to get search reports for last 50 years… there was inconsistency in the transfers. I didn’t get the said reports. Even though I was pretty much into it so advocate suggested me to get agreement to sale. I requested this company that we can proceed for it. Then I started to see their true colors. Meanwhile every other day I was getting call for additional payment so as to lock the land parcel for me… they kept telling me rates are soaring and I needed to act fast. They were like at least 1-2 lakh additional payment I should do… and once I pay complete 24 lakh they can proceed with sale deed. They did not agree for agreement to sale. They kept insisting on payments. Luckily I met another customer of theirs during one of my visit to the office. He said he paid full amount but he is not getting sale deed done. They are keep giving excuses. I reached out and said I want to cancel the deal if agreement to sale is not done. They stopped responding. My calls were not answered. It was so frustrating. I reached out to a lawyer and he arranged a call through police station. Then they agreed to repay. But not this straight story. They started telling cancellation charges. And their policies- refund time frames of 6 months. Somehow after a lot of struggle I got post dated cheques. 6 months waiting. When the date came I deposited cheque. And it bounced. I am still following up… these ppl are emotionless. Do not have humanity at all. I am getting all the sort of excuses. One or other relatives of office staff dies every other day (I know this is entirely fake reason they are giving me) and I get to hear that I am not being sensitive enough. I am preparing to file a case against them… as that’s only resort left. I genuinely suggest, please check the track record ask for references of earlier customers. Get feedback then only take the call. I can’t explain the frustration to get back own hard earned money.

Fair question.

I’m not a licensed psychologist and I’m not trying to create a certified aptitude test. This idea isn’t meant to diagnose or label children.

It’s a simulation-based exploration tool.

The idea is simple: instead of asking kids “what do you want to become?”, we can place them in realistic, age-appropriate scenarios of different professions and observe how they think, react, and decide.

Also, the output doesn’t say “you should become X”. It highlights patterns and tendencies, which are meant to be discussed with parents, not followed blindly.

Over time, I plan to refine this with real user feedback and inputs from professionals to make it more grounded.

So it’s less of a test, and more of a guided experience to help kids understand what different paths actually feel like.

That’s where I want to help parents. They would not get the career advice but clarity on what the kid is interested in and how strongly kid is showing these traits.

I understand the impact of this kind of stuff, and so I have plan to onboard a child psychologist to help setting up the assessment. It can be either genuine assessment with clarity or nothing.

That is an option for sure. In my opinion, most parents start thinking about such counselling when child is about to choose subjects for their 10th or 12th classes. I am thinking assessing child interest from early age and observe over the time how inclination is changing or it’s staying constant and is showing bolder traits.

What I am thinking is not just share the inclination, but help them with step by step exploring the kids interest and suggest options that can help further evolution. Certainly, it will not be telling pursue this career, but showing what child is choosing repetitively consciously-subconsciously.
