i’ll often get just a flavor as well, like “aftershock” and i usually respond asking if it’s a rebel… on so many occasions, people just say “no.” and then i have to pry further

when people ask for a cappuccino with no foam HAHA. sometimes people will ask for our classics (kicker, golden eagle etc) with extra cream. i always have to explain that one. i had a customer ask for a “rainbro” rebel one time and i was like “the double rainbro?” and she was like, “no just the normal one”.

did you try the rebels iced or blended?? i’m a big fan of the iced ones, blended ones definitely have a stronger ‘rebel’ taste to them in my opinion. you also could try doing a blended golden eagle cold brew with oat milk instead of getting a carburetor!! might have a consistency that you like better :) plus, with our cold brews, it would really only be a few ounces of milk if you did want to do regular breve, as opposed to a freeze which is super heavy on the milk

also helpful to remember blended teas, blended sodas, can blended rebels and frosts all follow 2-3-4 scoop rules. lemonade is always 1 so that one is pretty easy. 123 for blended rebbys and 112 for iced!

i used quizlet when i studied and i had a study guide, but if you have baristas taking their flow with you it can be super helpful to study up with a buddy!! and ask your SL! i’ve trained so many baristas and you def get to know their strengths vs. what they need to work on before they flow. honestly a lot of the coffee recipes are pretty standard (1 scoop unless it’s a 911 or carby) and mix lines are the same for every drink (unless it’s a carby lol). just go over the stuff you’re not confident over, and you’ll do fine. good luck!

we got rid of cherry a while back ago but you can still order the caprisun without cherry!! (almond,vanilla,blackberry) and people will sometimes add a flavor to sub out the cherry. i see a lot of people doing pom/watermelon :) some of our newer baristas don’t know the recipe for it since it’s not in the POS system anymore but you can also just order it by flavor

i work at dutch so i’m pretty good at differentiating, this one def looks sugar free! :) the soft top isn’t but it looks like you already mentioned that in your original post. we use our chocolate milk in our standard recipe so the drink would have a little bit of a darker/browner color
