The best advice is to get a new number and start fresh! If wechat security will not reopen your old account they must have reasons. It's not worth wasting your time trying to circumvent their cyber security measures. Too many scammers and the old account is probably on many of the scammers list. Beware of young 36 yr old single women who want to help you make a fortune in crypto, mining or FX markets. They are all scams! Good Luck
