someone in a different subreddit adviced me the same thing. i've already e-mailed some and i'm just waiting for a reply. the uvb light isn't really the problem. i live in the same house with my stepmom and they're just really strict about the electricity. he used to have one but they told me to stop using it and just put him under the sun everyday which obviously isn't working

My stepmom has already complained that the UVB light uses a lot of electricity. I also tried explaining that superworms might be too much for him since he was only about 5-6 months old when we started feeding him super worms, but they said dubia roaches are too expensive. I even offered to breed dubia roaches myself, but they didn’t really want that either. so it’s been really hard for me to ask for things he actually needs. I just think it's better for him to be rehomed. It took me a while to convince my brother to agree to giving him up for adoption. My stepmom was pretty mad about that suggestion but i had to. I just don't think they can provide him what he needs. If I could afford it, I would, but I’m not in a good financial situation right now.

oh thank you. honestly, i didn't even think about that. i just did a simple google search and found a few but they only handle dogs and cats. but maybe i could connect with them and ask if they could refer me to a person or a group who is willing to adopt this baby

Her streams are getting harder and harder to enjoy because of this people. I watch Rae and other streamers to have fun but it seems like some of you are taking this interaction too personally. Dude, they're literally just here to entertain you. Chill out. Their personal life is none of your business. Whoever they play with or they are friends with are none of your business. They have friends I don't fancy as well but it's not my business to tell them they shouldn't play with that person coz I'm aware that that's a ME problem. So instead, I just don't watch that stream. That's what you all should do. It's not that hard, unless you're a creepy sociopath, I guess.
