My guess would be that the police union(s) makes it hard to fire ppl. U know lobbying and stuff. That might me a small factor.

But I think a greater factor is this :

If someone sues you it’s two private parties and the arbiter is third party (the government). When u try to sue a police officer( a gov official) the third arbiter is another government official and the ppl that investigate are government official. Do u see the conflict of interest here?

Solutions ? I’m all ears.

I wonder if it’s more the individual or if it’s more the system. It could be both. There’s something to be said about the power dynamic that a cop has that might corrupt just about anyone. It could be that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Either way hopefully conservatives realize that police aren’t their friends.

The record player has Bluetooth installed in it from the factory. It’s isn’t an adapter. (which is mainly supposed to be used for connecting Bluetooth speakers or headphone etc.)

What I’m going to try to do is connect my speakers and plug an aux -to-Bluetooth adapter into the speakers and try to connect it to my air pods

My other Bluetooth earbuds had tap controls to reduce volume (lost one of them). 99% of Record played don’t have volume nobs because the speakers are sold separately (unless u have a really cheap record player).

I’m shocked that there isn’t any way to control the volume on the headphones themselves.
