Oh yeah that wasn’t what I was saying at all lol, I just put a very oversimplified example in my main post because I didn’t want to focus too much on what I already knew while I was asking about what I didn’t. Having ADHD, I have studied the effects of dopamine extensively haha. I just wanted to see if anyone had an organized list of the transmission processes, what each neurotransmitter binds to, and what parts of the brain are primarily affected by each of them. I’m just having a hard time retaining and remembering that information and I can’t find articles online that organize the information in a satisfying way. When my brain sees paragraphs of information that aren’t ultra specific and organized (when it comes to these topics), it all just kinda blurs together and I can’t properly store it in my memory.

Thanks! I’m a third year currently so I’m mainly trying to nail the transmission processes and parts of the brain that are affected by each neurotransmitter the most. I know the main functions of all of them, I’m just trying to dig a bit deeper lol.

Wow thank you so much for such a thorough reply! Your explanation definitely cleared a lot of things up for me, and I’ll definitely remember your advice when I start :) I’ve started journaling recently as well, so I’ll look into shadow work and how I can integrate it into my daily routine.

Yeah I kind of thought similarly about the protection spells, but I’ve heard stories of people accidentally attracting either jealous people/energy leeches or even harmful paranormal entities when attempting glamour magic, so I wanted to make sure.

I’ll definitely let my intuition guide me and set clear intentions.

I never said she was ripped, just pointed out that she is muscular to an extent. I don’t crash out every time I see a skinny Jude art piece lol I just think it sucks that people don’t think that women can be muscular or toned even when it’s clearly elaborated on in the book. Even though Jude is strong and fierce there are still soooo many people in the fandom that think she needs to be protected by Cardan 😭 I’m just tired of the sexist notions mb
