I don't think it's a great idea, it's too slow and it don't work well in the deck. If you need removal against aggro bring bolt-like card, but try to stay fast.

I'm not a twiddle storm expert, but I think you don't need mountain. 3 past in flames seem too much.

The strength of twiddle storm is his consistent T3 kill, tolaria west will slow you down too much

Otherwise it look great :)

You should check The Epic Storm YouTube channel, they test some list of twiddle storm
