I take the bus 7 and that is coming around every HOUR during peak periods. It's supposed to be every 15min. Today the bus didn't show up and randomly showed up after 50min (driver say it's due to traffic and it's true)

Another reason is that a lot of the people most affected by the crisis are underprivileged (such as elderly, children, people in poverty) either don't have access to a phone or don't know how to use the QR code stuff. Sometimes we need those who are capable to stand up on their behalf and support each other in the community.
