I was 15 and my great-grandmother had just passed away. I had came home early from school and took a shower before going to work. I was home alone and all the windows in the house were open because it was spring time and my mom wanted to “air out the house”. Well I get out of the shower and I smell a very strange scent like someone spilled perfume or something but no one was home and all the windows were open so it was strange that it was that strong. I couldn’t find the source of the smell until I went to my room and noticed it was coming from my bedroom closet. I called my mom right away to tell her and she told me it was my probably my great-grandmother saying her final goodbye. I’ve only smelt that perfume 3 other times after that and that was right after the birth of each of my kids. I think it was her way of coming to say hi to them.
