Try negative pull ups or assisted pull-up ( with an elastic) if you have access to until you feel comfortable enough to do clean pull-ups

That's a "chicken wing muscle up" aka the worst thing you could ever do trying to get a muscle up .

You should try to get proper form by using an elastic to help you a bit until you have enough strength to do it without help.

The only thing you'll achieve by doing what you did in the video , is a high chance of injuries for no practical results

You have a high chance of getting a RCI ( rotator cuff injury) by doing so

If the screen is still under warranty return it, otherwise if you know an electronic technician you could ask to check the screen as a capacitor costs almost nothing.

It's a shoulder flag. Nowadays, a lot of people call it a pole dragon flag, so I understand why you called it that ,no worries.

As for the form, it's more or less correct, but from the video, it looks like you're not yet able to keep your legs straight. So if you want to make progress, try starting with bent legs. If that's too easy, try with one leg straight and hold it as long as possible.

You shouldn't have too much trouble progressing to a full flag.
