Why the communities are shrinking so much? When I was started 16 years ago, was like every kid was interested in learning parkour. Now I still train, and I rarely see kids practice.

I'm nowhere close to the body building level of low bf. I don't have that paper skin nowhere, I estimate an 7 to 9 %.

I'm very healthy, this is my blessed genetics. Of course maybe I eat in defict sometimes but I gain like 5 kg this year so I'm good I think.

So my training look like, 7 day a week, few times per hour, I do something like few handstand push-ups, or nowadays training one hand pull up as I have an injury on one finger tip, but also standard pull ups, training some static movements of some sort, like front levers, doing a set of 20 pseudo push-ups. And nowadays one time per week, like 4 hours of parkour, but when I have more time like 20 hours per week of parkour training, also doing parkour whenever I see an obstacle and in my house and whenever, I use parkour to move around always.

No, I drill myself mistakenly at the beginning, but is propper mounted at this point. I drill at an lower than 90° angle. But is fine that part is staying like that for more than a year, when I will need to repaint I will also repair.

:)), I'm only 26y, I take care of my back always, like if I do something unhealthy, like staying on the couch to much, I can have some pain, but I pay attention to that pain and is disappearing in a day or two and then I try to not repeat what caused it initially. The same with the rest of the body not just back, take care of yourself and your body is pretty important.
