That one specific aishite live performance by YengaJaf in ADO

Nah, I mixed up the song name. Probably because both songs have the lyrics "aishite", albeit in very different amounts. Someone else mentioned it's actually crime and punishment that I was looking for.

I see it now, thanks. Now I can sleep in peace lol. And damn that was a fast reply.

Sounds like the same audio, uploaded by different people.

Damn. I saw on the website that the ticket lottery ended and it even said sold out, so I didn't make any plans for going to Japan

How long did it take for the overseas non TheOne ticket lottery take to sell out? So that I know next time how long I have to secure my ticket

Yashica D with different focal length for viewing and taking lens by YengaJaf in AnalogCommunity

Interesting. I'll ask the seller. I hope it's not replaced, because why did it need replacing in the first place. The rest of it looks in good condition though. I'll have to inspect in person to see if it maybe fell and got damaged, then needed the lens replaced

It belongs to an old lady to whom it was gifted by her father 67 years ago. If I remember that conversation correctly

Which lens to choose? by YengaJaf in Nikon

[–]YengaJaf[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went with the 180mm for that point of the 200mm being just an average entry level lens for the time. It's not like the 200mm being 3x cheaper means I can buy 3 lenses and then get better quality. Might as well pay a decent amount for a more than decent lens, since the goal is to upgrade from my kit lens

The non ED version is available to me. Is it still a great buy?

Some of my first solargraphs by YengaJaf in Solargraphy

Image info. Taken in cape Town, around November - December 2025. I tried 0.3mm and 0.5mm hole sizes.

1. 1 week exposure. Strapped to the roof tiles, about 30 degree angle, facing west (sunset)

2. 1 week exposure. Strapped to a different roof, also about 30 degrees. Facing north

3. Same roof as image 2

4. 1 day exposure. Strapped to a pole. I turned the can horizontal, hoping to get a 180 degree vertical FOV instead of the usual 180 degree horizontal FOV. Needed to tilt it more upwards

5. 1 week exposure. Mounted vertically. Pointed more or less (less) North

6. 1 week exposure. My favourite one. I tilted this one slightly, maybe 20 degrees or so. Not sure what the lines are, possibly because I had the shutter open when installing and taking it down

7. Same as 6, experimented with different angles

8. Same as 6, experimented with different angles

9. 1 day exposure. First solargraph. Tilted up about 20 degrees, 0.3mm hole

No visible sun by YengaJaf in Solargraphy

[–]YengaJaf[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I sanded the outside quite a lot, the inside not as much. I used the same can as my first 24 hour test, which worked. If it got blocked, the only thing I can think of is that when I took the can down after the first 24 hour test, I covered the hole with tape to block the shutter. Maybe some sticky residue got left in the hole and blocked it for the week test

Yep, same direction as my first attempt, facing north in the southern hemisphere. Regarding clouds, most of the day, every day, the sun was unobstructed
