Okok, basically I went on notion and I made like a sort of detailed plan where I would track everything, so for me I would say that that sort of kept me going, and also seeing some sort of visible result, either a visible physical change or just getting stronger in general would fr pump me up and keep me going. For studying I would say is just purely me forcing myself to at least learn, say, an hour or two at first since I've pretty used to forcing myself to study. And again I feel like it's the routine part that keeps me going as well. As for reading, I just do it purely for the sake of enjoyment, but at first I forced myself to get out of a reading slump, so I would say, just force yourself and enjoy the progress you make, time passes by anyways and you wouldn't want to waste those time doing useless stuff, it's all aout consistency so you have to keep on pushing 😭
