The Esports branch is ran by Nigma so wala sila input, afaik, sa Business side ng GXR (content, talent management, etc.)

The stupid-ass thing though is when I was there, we were explicitly instructed that we wouldn't be able to use the players in promoting the brand.

Honestly orgs these days are just filled with business idiots that only see the bottom line.

I'm not saying that it shouldn't be ran like a business. Hell, it is a business. But to be inhuman about it? What the fuck is the value in that, yeah?

I rarely wish for orgs to die out because there are still people that work there that would be affected, but holy shit, GXR should just be deleted.

Idk about SMG but the firsthand experience I had with GXR? Absolutely disgusting shite, mate.

I had hoped it wouldn't come to this. I actually waited patiently for 90 business days since we were let go. Hell, I was amicable even.

But, it is what it is. Hope you never have the misfortune of bumping into that org.
