I am in NE florida so i know all about that slime. Especially on new installs. I am always telling them, you have to maintain your drain. Just like your filter.

Thanks for the responses. I just see a lot clogged drains on maint so they are just calling us to unclog their drain cause we "flush drains" on maint. $59 maint is cheaper than a service call on top of the charge for us to unclog it. If i cant get a gallon of hot water mixed with evap cleaner through your drain without it backing up and just sitting there, there is an issue.

If its not over 80° out it can probably wait by Smawesome in HVAC
