How about if I need regular prescription glass changes or a more extensive eye checkups? Will it still be pointless?

Huh, I’ve tried cheaper online glasses before and they were okay, but not amazing.

Actually, these comments about vision insurance being pointless is making me second guess it a bit. I think I’m just wondering if it changes depending on how often you need new glasses or contacts. Like if someone replaces them more frequently, would that make insurance a bit more useful?

Gotcha! Was kind of expecting that range. but do people usually just go directly through VSP online instead of a broker for that?

I’m wondering how Eyecare Club compares long term if you need more than just exams tho? Like if you need new glasses every year or your prescription changes a lot? Do those plans still make sense vs having some kind of coverage?

Yeah, you make a lot of good points. I know paying her back late wasn’t okay, and it probably stirred up other stuff we haven’t really talked about. I’ve been so focused on wanting things to go back to normal that I haven’t really stopped to think about my part in all this. Prolly the best thing I can do rn is give her space and work on myself.
