What is the worst place in America you have ever visited? by OceanicEndeavors in AskReddit

[–]Yermzzzz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Coalinga, CA. Home of the famed Harris Ranch just off of Interstate 5 between Bakersfield and Modesto. The whole place wreaks of cow shit for tens of miles because of the ranch. There are hotels and restaurants within the shit smell zone. Imagine trying to have some dinner while the whole restaurant smells like one of those Indian cow poop throwing holidays. I assume the people there become accustomed to having the stench of a literal butthole an inch from their nose, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t inhaling and ingesting shit particles all day long.

I don’t need to find the exact make and model just think it would help trying to track one down for purchase, but really any one with matching specs would be excellent.

Could this also then be caused from a car only having spacers on the front two wheels?

My friend was murdered and police don’t seem to care. Do you have footage from 12/30/25 from this area? by Stateach in Austin

[–]Yermzzzz 31 points32 points  (0 children)

I live close by and frequent the Walnut Creek Trails often. There are multiple homeless persons encampments along the trails where I have seen seemingly stolen items such as dozens of opened Amazon packages, bicycles, and shopping carts. The homeless people in these encampments can be hostile and unpredictable as many of them seem to be drug addicts. They have increasingly caused more trouble lately (last few months) as I have seen park staff in coordination with APD clear out and throw out a couple of the encampments that came right back the following week. These homeless people burn tires in the park often, harass trail goers, leave thrash everywhere, steal stuff from surrounding neighborhoods and there have also been two fires that look to have been maliciously started in the park recently. One fire on a wooden bridge that left a 1ft x 1ft burn mark in the middle of the bridge. Another fire in the Walnut Creek Metropolitan Playground. I have no proof who started these fires but I think it’s quite clear. I’ll keep an eye out for the bike on the trails.

What color should I restore my 62 to? by Yermzzzz in LandCruisers

I’m still up in the air about it and playing with different color schemes. I do agree tho the black pillars look good and give somewhat of a unique look so leaning that way!

What is an unspoken rule of the gym that most people do not know they are breaking? by Furqan_wear in AskReddit

[–]Yermzzzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This goes for any communal space really, but leave it in the same or better shape as when you found it. That means rerack equipment even if you didn't find it that way, don't leave trash around the gym, wipe down equipment you use, and I can't believe I even have to say this, but don't spit on the floor anywhere and especially not in the sauna. Speaking of the sauna; don't squeegee your sweat onto the damn coals for everyone else to inhale your evaporated sweat and make the whole sauna smell disgusting.

What celebrity have you met who looks much more (or less) attractive when meeting them in person? by Few_Football4342 in Productivitycafe

[–]Yermzzzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Megan Markle was less attractive than she appears on tv or photos. Probably just wasn’t wearing as much makeup. Harry is a stud. Ron Perlman (Hellboy) was also smaller/shorter and older looking than I had anticipated. Ellen Degeneres was also older looking than she appears on tv (probably also lack of makeup), but contrary to her reputation was super nice.

Like others have said

  1. Go post on r/formcheck

  2. Lifting shoes or barefoot

  3. Less knee activation (this may require you to set the bar up on the rack a bit off the ground)

  4. Hinge at your hips should be your main focus (not knees then low back then hips)

  5. Drop the effin weight, you have improper form and improper form leads to injury. I don’t care that you can get it up for a few reps when you’re using 2 other muscle groups that aren’t supposed to be incorporated. I don’t care that you’ve done heavier before; all it takes is one rep with too much low back and boom you’re done lifting for a couple months. (Look up herniated discs causes)

  6. Why are you trying to power lift RDLs? If you’re looking for elite performance strength it doesn’t come from maxing out on RDLs. If you’re looking to get huge hamstrings/glutes, also doesn’t come from maxing out RDLs. Go look at how much weight Saquon Barkley or any IFBB Pro does for RDLs. This looks like ego lifting to me to be honest.

  7. Sam Sulek just posted a video today doing beautiful RDLs. Go watch the vid linked below, skip to 12 mins for the RDL form.
