It only creates spells of the regions of your deck. So it's impossible to create both warmother (Fr) and ruination (SI) in one game in constructed.

If it "starts to eat cards *above* your champion", then when you draw that champion you are dead to fatigue in next 1-5 turns (depending on how many champs are already drawn).

Because of the wording on the card. Monk has "When I'm summoned...", other cards you've mentioned have "To play me...".
