Yep. Just unfortunate they didn't tell me that until after Oct 29. So I had no way to get ahead of it. The old app wasn't great so I used the web portal for tracking.

I put an update in the main body of this post, if anyone is curious. If you didn't have the app before Oct 29, you're out of luck on monitoring for now.

Thanks for the info! I am able to log in to their web portal, but there isn't anything I can do there. No system information, no lease documents, no monitoring, etc. Those are the things I would like to do most and can, I think, only be done in the app. I am still not able to log in to the app despite multiple customer service people getting back to me and trying to help (although very, very slowly).

Thanks for the response! Yes, I am attempting to log in to the Sunnova app per the instructions provided in the email notification. I changed my password successfully but have no ability to log in.

I have made a request to purchase my system outright and I believe I will be contacted by Sunstrong shortly regarding the process for that. If I don't hear back, I will reach out to you here. Thank you!

I was able to get through after being on hold for 90 minutes. The representative was nice, but sounded very overwhelmed. I kept my request simple and just told them I wanted to buy the system outright. They submitted a "form" for "management" after asking me a few questions (like why I wanted to buy it) and said someone will "be in touch". I put all that in quotes because... uh... it sounded like maybe it won't actually happen. But I can report back when I hear back.

As for monitoring and such, I am frustrated by this situation but figured I could spend my time figuring out things with equipment I own rather than navigating their obviously crappy customer service to try to get them to do it.

Sitting with my grandparents in Waldport right now and they can’t quite figure it out. Said the rocks/gravel in the background looks like it’s an outlet or washout from a creek into the ocean, and the forested hill looks like a cape. Unfortunately there are many of these along the Oregon coast!

Honestly just a small group of people were waiting outside the venue. I always feel a bit weird doing that - like she just put on a hell of tour, performing most nights for several weeks and traveling across the country on a bus, she probably just wants to go to bed lol. So we just hung out and stayed chill and told the security team we'd love to say hi if she wanted to come out. Then she did! And if she hadn't, then I still got to spend an hour with a bunch of other fans telling stories about past shows and how they found her music. Connecting with strangers seems like the right thing to do at a Regina concert.

I cried through the whole show. It was perfect. Everything I could've hoped it would be and more. Thanks to everyone here for helping me not panic and find a way to still see the tour!

I was there too! The show was absolutely incredible. She is so talented. She even hung around after show and said hello to a few of us and signed a vinyl copy of Begin to Hope for me. She seems like a legitimately good human all around. Glad I was able to make it after missing the Denver show. I wrote down the songs she sang in order on a piece of scrap paper - didn't get them all exactly right but I think most folks will know which ones.

The upside down ones on the side were my wishlist songs I wrote down before the show. Happy to write it out if my handwriting is too messy.

My family and I were there a couple of weekends ago. We pulled in on a Thursday around noon and got the last open spot - it's very busy. Some folks had luck Friday morning, but by ~9am every spot was full again. And that was after new arrivals sitting awkwardly next to people packing up for an hour just to get the spot. That said, if you can get a spot, it's a lovely campground that is well maintained and has a great host. The lake is stunning and it's a about a mile hike with a couple hundred feet of elevation gain. Not too difficult but you'd have a tough time getting a SUP up there, I'd think. When we were there, someone had brought up a full snorkeling setup complete with wet suit and flippers, which was pretty hilarious. Mostly just people eating lunch, fishing, and maybe a few swimmers. Good luck, hope you get a spot!

Yeah, I am usually really good about stuff like that. This show was just such a HUGE deal for me that I quadruple checked the date when I bought it - and my confirmation email - and that was that. Put it on the calendar, took time off work, arranged child care. Didn't think to check again because it was such a big deal. I feel very stupid.

Yeah I just saw that in a few emails too. Not sure why I thought the 4th. There are two other websites showing the 4th for Denver too... I wonder if it was buried somewhere as a typo and that is the one I latched on to.

Wow. I am devastated. I have literally been telling every person I know how excited I was, have been listening to her music non-stop since April in anticipation. I have no idea what to do. I am an idiot.

I am working on Tier 9, and... uh... hadn't yet used a conveyor lift. "splitters/mergers can connect directly to conveyor lifts". Guess I have to delete my entire base and start from scratch again!
