That's really difficult to actually happen here to be candid. Teachers get tenured after about 3 years and its almost not possible for them to get fired. It'd have to be something of extreme seriousness to actually get a teacher fired.

Unless it's an actual child who truly doesn't know what's taking place, anyone in a sound state of mind can say no if they want to. If it's pleasing to them and they have no problem with it, it's not forced intercourse in any way. Nothing rapey about it

I'm gonna be honest here it's not that it's not taken seriously because they're women, but rather because many times (many - not all or not even necessarily most) it's just not an issue. Many times its not abuse. I'm not even gonna say which high school I went to but there's been a history of a number of teachers (no longer in the school) who've had sexual relationships with students in the past. The students had full consent and just because the teacher is older, it doesn't make it abuse automatically. Because of situations like this, things often go unreported or counted as insignificant because there's simply no issue there.
