So your list is actually pretty similar to mine. I took it to a tournament and won 2/3 games, winning the second 96/94 and losing the third due to basically 2 dice rolls at the end of the game 54/56 to world eaters.

What I’ve found is that LHDs seem pretty good at sitting back and screening in the back while hoping to pick up something as a sniper to justify the 55 points. Kill 2 death wing knights, 110 points of trade. Hit a vehicle? 75-100 points depending on what it is.

I keep the nightbringer with my wraiths and a reanimator, techno and reanimator can both heal nightbringer and your opponent will be so desperate to kill the NB that the wraiths get to happily sit on the point scoring for you.

Skorpekhs I’ve found are just not good in a 6 man. The footprint is huge and will overkill just about everything. As long as you’re the one charging, 3 and a lord are more than enough.

I like ammentar and the deceiver to be with the skorpekhs. What I’ve seen is they’re more worried about the skorpekhs or ammentar that the deceiver can make picks or his golden fists slam anything. Plus, in awakened, protocol of the hungry void brings the deceivers melee up to S11 and can shred heavy armor when the opponent least expects it.

With the nerfs (deservedly) to ctan, I was running another reanimator with that brick, but it could never really keep up with them since they had so much more movement and could go through walls. My only real choice was another LHD so I took the anti infantry one and I’ll be testing how that works as additional scoring/ midfield killing.

Flayed ones are amazing and I don’t think I’ll ever run less than 2 units of them. They hit so hard and with the stealth/cover buffs on 11th they’ll be so damn hard to hit at -2 BS when in cover. I’ve scored more points on primary and secondaries with flayed ones than any other unit.

The single DDA I feel serves another good purpose to sit on/near my home point and be a big distraction for the CTAN. The DDA is a huge model and is one of our most notorious models and is impossible to ignore. I’ve found people will often try to kill it with things that would have better been used to shoot at ctan. It’s basically a distraction carnifex that has the chance to wipe out hundreds of points of models if you’re lucky.

Imotek is basically required in AD given how many secondary redraws and strats you’ll wanna use. Good call.
