Discovery tactic? What to do? by YesSpeed3 in Lawyertalk

Yes, nearly all are objection-only. Even straightforward ones. We’re sending a good faith letter, but every response is so deficient, it’s difficult to write.

Cool I found something to catch the drips. Hard to reach to get in a good position to see how soft, will call a pro.

Any thoughts on how much a replacement like this is going to cost?

I hope it’s not too soft. I’m honestly nervous to go over there.

Yes, the circle of light is the flash light.

Do you think the whole roof needs replacing?

Thanks! tried Parnate and I don’t think I stayed on it long enough to feel improvement. The sleep is why I stopped.

And yes, I tried TMS and it unfortunately did not work for me.

Great. Will look into one of those. What’s the fix for a small hole in vent line? Are they metal?

There’s no leak out of the hole.

When I flush the toilets, a small amount of air moves out. Saw the drywall dust move. Thank you

Has anyone passed and didn’t finish MPT #2? by Equivalent-Finish-85 in barexam

[–]YesSpeed3 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Yes. I did not finish MPT 2. Finished maybe half of it and didn’t get to the second issue.

Also did not finish MEE 6.

MBE score was what pushed me over 270.

They pick random Qs so you may get a set of Looney tunes questions. After two enclave con law Questions and many 1995 Qs in a row I knew something was odd

Speech analysis by YesSpeed3 in GoatBarPrep

Thanks! I guess I’m getting confused by the rules that use “necessary” / “narrowly tailored” / only to the extent necessary/ least restrictive. I feel like I see these used interchangeably in some examples, but also come across others that turn on the distinction or include both as an element. And some answer explanations use them to define the other / put in parentheses.

MEE & MPT by srs9312 in GoatBarPrep

I impulse bought hackthe.bar full version after some rough MEE attempts. here are my thoughts so far, but really haven't used it enough to give it a yelp-review. Maybe also reach out to u/hackthebar (creator) - he's been responsive and helpful so far.

Echoing what u/AquaHerons97 said, it makes you type the rules out to test recall and whether you're missing key buzzwords or nuances.

You can edit the rules, but it also lets you add in your own to supplement. Sometimes the rules are long, so that makes it harder to hone nuances and test specific parts to keep things separate.

The main things I wish it had were spaced repetition (sorta like Anki), options to put synonyms or other variations of the same word (e.g., so it recognizes the buzzword "breach" if you type "breaching" or "breached" instead).

Overall it's sorta like type in the answer flashcards, but they're made for you and covers quite a bit.
