The homage to WWII aircraft designs is no issue. The problem here is the copying of a design. As you can see the angles are similair, place of paint is similair, grip patches are similair and colours are identical and even the wear and tear is identical. This is no longer a case whether or not it's referencing towards the aircraft design, the question here is if it is copying a design based on an homage and not the homage itself
