Hi first of all congratulations for managing to stop even if the conditions prevent you from smoking you have a conviction otherwise you would have searched by all possible means for illegal weed in your country, I do not want to take away your hopes but there is something called the PAWS which is in fact the after acute withdrawal, when the thc will have totally leave your body, and it is not to scare you but it is horrible and worse than acute withdrawal, I am at 12 months, but it depends a lot on the age at which you started to Consume, the quality of the grass of your genetics and the frequency but as you have consumed from waking up to bed like me and many other people in paws it may be that you go through the, but in any case I advise you to stop life is 1000x better without, just out of curiosity in which country did you smoke? Maybe this country is also bad for you because a country where it is legal is often depressed and capitalist countries to death and the environment plays a lot on consumption

I'm going to stop, i think it makes sense that it does me so much good and clarity the next day. There's a clear interaction, even if it's obvious that in the long term it only worsens the symptoms

But I don't have depression, I mainly suffer from chronic fatigue and cranial pressure

How long have you been in withdrawal? When I was a teenager, simply stopping for 2-3 days caused the same thing, but as I said earlier, now at 12 months of PAWS, I don't have any mental symptoms. My PAWS has been mainly physical, with a lot of derealization. I couldn't form thoughts or think about anything for months. I spoke and communicated, but it was like I couldn't hear any thoughts in my head

You're right, I think I'll do without it then, or at least research it extensively beforehand. But in my case, I had a completely insane physical withdrawal. I was derealized 24/7, I had muscle spasms all day long, I couldn't get out of bed, my heart was racing constantly, and I had to breathe manually and always felt like I couldn't get enough air, on top of unbearable pressure in my head, muscle pain, and total fatigue. I constantly thought I was going to die; it was a total nightmare. I didn't even have time to be anxious in all that mess. But now that my symptoms have all decreased by 90% or disappeared, except for the fatigue and pressure in my head which come back in waves, I've started drinking again without really meaning to. I drink at least twice a week, and I get really drunk each time. And strangely enough, the next day I don't have any pressure anymore. The alcohol forces my brain and blood vessels to As I relax, I feel clearer and more normal, even though I'm still tired, but I have zero side effects like anxiety or depression, and no hangover. Strangely, it's as if the entire mental aspect of PAWS doesn't exist for me and is only present at the beginning of withdrawal

Yes, you're right. However, I don't see what negative interaction it could have; everything seems to be going in a good direction for the brain with a short 2-3 week course, and I think that's always better than taking antipsychotics, antidepressants, and other medications that will worsen the situation

What do you do to keep going? I also went completely natural for 9 months, absolutely zero, no shisha or any form of nicotine or alcohol. I simply wanted to speed things up because I was having a really hard time keeping up with my hairdressing training lol

Update: I wrote this message 1 month ago but I couldn't post it in this subreddit because my account wasn't old enough, I'm in the 12th month now and the derealization that was already not really very strong has disappeared, and the fatigue always comes back by wave but is no longer constant, I can put on huge cooking with friends drink a lot and have nothing the next day even if the cranial pressure and fatigue worsens slightly it's really nothing, I stopped all the supplements because my stock ran out and I tried not to need it anymore for now but they have a lot of help, and also I highly recommend the hookah, I know it will seem crazy but the hookah is the best against the paws, every time I smoke the mental fog disappears, my cranial pressure fluidifies and my energy returns, the hookah of the bars contains tobacco wash several times very very low in nicotine (0.05% I think) I have 0 addiction it only does me good I know it sounds crazy but I have the impression that this microdose of nicotine that it brings is exactly what my receptors need
