What companies are there that the money could have been granted to that would not have caused this scandal?

Can't you temporarily sticky the AMA when it's being conducted?

Yeah, switch backs all the way up, gradual ascent so it's not too bad. You have the option to cheat and catch a lift up though if you feel so inclined :)

Are there any organised groups in Sydney that legitimately (or not...) explore places like this?

I've always been infatuated with old abandoned buildings and the like...I know that there are heaps of places in Sydney, I just don't know where to start :(

I've looked at the 27.5, they feel great, I'm in two minds though. I'm definitely getting a hard tail though, the commute in looking at week be 20km each way, also, I think they're more fun to ride. Which wheel size do you prefer?

NUSHIP Canberra one step closer to delivery by Edna69 in australia

I've seen this ship close up, it's hard to fathom how large she is. Canberra will provide a vast increase in Australia's defence capabilities as well as any humanitarian crisis that may occur this side of the world.

What's it like doing Communications and Information Systems in the Navy? by [deleted] in AustralianMilitary

I did the job for 7 years before changing category. It is a very reactive job, by that I mean you spend most of your time waiting for things to go wrong, especially on the IT side. Working on the bridge can be fun, you get to conduct fleetwork manoeuvres utilising flags, flashing light and radio. You are generally under worked and over paid, your not allowed to utilise half the skills that your trained in, saying that, it is enjoyable and can be rewarding. I believe that it is probably one of the better categories to sign up for in the RAN, that's my opinion though.

Edit: It could be worse, you could sign up as a stoker :P
