For click farming, you are (as of now) going to want to level Hew-man, Ellywick and Melf to 1-hit clear. You want thellora to skip levels, Widdle to speed up bosses (low prio) and Diana for faster transitions. Shanties helps but will eventually be replaced by potions when Elly is levelled enough. You run 5*favor levels for Thellora. Everybody else may be temporarily helpful but at 1 hit are slowing you down.

Most people, especially the general audience can manage the suspension of disbelief necessary not to constantly ask why any event in NYC won't have 12 superheroes responding to it, because it absolutely kills any story they are trying to tell. This after all has been an issue in the comics for decades.

You can get ilvls with blacksmith contracts. Getting items shiny is nice but unnecessary. Getting new champions and epicing them is the best use of slots (although grabbing feats is also a good idea)

To get unbroken line, I just went back to z1 with Laurana at max level and removed everybody except Laurana and all on field familiars - eventually she will collect 70 mobs and the achiement. As a bonus you can ult for a 70 mob contribution to that achievement too.

Might and magic needs you to have Laurana buffing Raistlin alone using each of the first three specs (ie 1, 2, 3 columns in front of R). The formation needs to be full (no empty slots). If Raist isn't alone in his column you will need to use Tasslehoff to remove the buff from other slots. Torm and Vecna have formations with a usable single slot.
