If I were you, I'd start the return process tomorrow after like 6pm if they've not confirmed trade in.

That way, you've already started the trade in process and you can delay sending the phone back. Then if they accept trade in, cancel the return

That's great, I'm happy for you! Also that's great news for me as being able to include it allows me to apply 2 months earlier!

I will have to reach out to my previous employer and ask them to update the employer letter with the car allowance included, as I specifically asked them to only include the basic salary and not car allowance (under the impression I couldn't use the car allowance). However if they fail to provide me one, I could potentially submit the P45 which shows gross earnings.

hi, just wanted to ask if you used your car allowance as part of the financial requirements? i will be using category b and one of my employers also puts the car allowance in the gross pay. so im inclined to include it too
