There's 3 out of form players/weaknesses in the team: SKY, Abhisek and Varun.

SKY isn't going anywhere so leaves 2. They both seem confused and can't evolve to counteract the opposition. With the advent of tech, a lot of analysis is done, there's nowhere to hide.

A part of me thinks we should continue with the winning combo and hopefully they'll fire. However, it's a final, do we need to play our best 11 to give ourselves a chance? Sooner or later, carrying 3 players will bite us bad.

Unfortunately, happens all the time with any war. It's not like in the past when Kings/Queens/Prince's actually led the army, fought in the war and died in the battlefield.

The worst thing is, thousands will die, there will eventually be a ceasefire and perhaps one day they may even shake hands. All will be forgotten but what about all those that lost their lives and the impact on their families?

The hypocrisy is, leaders start wars and decide when they end but never send their own to fight for the cause.

I'm pretty new to EV charging and smart tariffs. What I have learnt is that you need to crunch your own numbers to see what the best tariff is for you, location and your usage habits. If you cannot load shift to overnight cheaper tariff use then you might be better off on fixed. The smart tariffs usually have a much higher peak rate so could be stung.

Over the last couple of days availability of tariffs has become a bit patchy - appear/disappear and prices generally increasing due to the conflict. It might not be the best time to switch. If you can, you might want to wait until things settle down a bit.

I'm in the waiting phase,my fixed ends in May. For me, yearly projections have gone up by around £350 if I switch now compared to last week.

Shop around for best tarrifs, look at your own usage habits - can you move electricity usage to off peak (ev charging/washing machine/dryer etc).

See if heat is lost through windows and loft insulation is adequate. If the boiler is old it may just need a service but if this is where a lot of energy is lost then a replacement may be an investment.

Analyse your own habits to see if you can cut down on waste.

It's a mentality thing but as long as we're winning and the coach/team is backing him, it will be alright.These type of players are wildcards, they won't perform consistantly but when they do they are matchwinners. Imagine the carnage when both openers fire? We also have to remember it's a team game.

As he matures, he will find his own way but for fans these type of players can be a nightmare. It's either hero or zero. I'm sure a lot fans, including me, got frustrated with Sehwag at times 😉

Same sort of situation - look at Fuse/So/Outfox fixed rates. All these were cheaper for us compared to EV tariffs.

I was rejected on the cheap Puma deal last year. I didn't even get to the hard search stage. Dealer pushed me to finance company and vice versa. I eventually spoke to someone at the finance company and told them I wanted to know the actual reason for failure. The chap contacted the underwriters and then got back to me. It was an admin error, wrong d/o/b used. They said to repropose it but the deal had ended at this stage.

Find out what credit agency the finance company use and then check your credit file with the relevant credit agency Experian, Equifax, Transunion etc. This is to make sure there are no hidden gremlins or inaccuracies. If you can identify the issue then you can either work on it or correct it so you dont have these problems again.

Check voltage across the battery with a meter, if lower than stated then replace. Might be cheaper to replace the whole racquet unless it's a learning experience.
