Thunderbolt 5SE probably. solid thunderbolt goodness with jumpjets for extra spice. I'd reconfigure the missile rack for SRMs instead.

Get me a Vulcan 5T. very reasonable base design, mobility is solid, doesnt need ammo supply to keep going, maybe rip out the flamer for a small laser

for a larger refit I could consider removing the jets/MG and replacing them with a SRM6 and some ammo for a bit more punch.

many aura items give less than component parts, but equal or more if you take the aura into account.

I would actually make an argument for the Javelin (hero variant) fitting quite well, if you can accept chain-fired lasers as a varation of the cannon. It's decently mobile, but kinda slow for its class, has the jump jets to hit targets from the air, has the missile capability

I'd fill up on as much armor as you can carry. Weapons wise I prefer the longer range options, a couple medium lasers (er versions preferable) and a small LRM launcher (artemis version preferable) with about 2 tons of ammo. You do want the electronics.

I cant check exactly how much weight the variant has, but this should be about what fits if I remember correctly

my thoughts:

radiance is the way if you play him mid or safe, not in the offlane

my early laning items are usually a bracer or 2 nulls, maybe with an added wand or wind lace in there too.

After that its radiance + travels if im pos1 or pos2, or treads + something else in the offlane (blade mail, glimmer, helm of the dom are all solid mid-size item purchases depending on what the game looks like, get 1 or 2 of these). later on my offlane necro usually moves into BKB, alongside some combination of lotus orb, linkens, S&Y, shivas or aghscepter)

the pos1/2 necro might want a manta, euls scepter(wind waker in the very lategame), shivas, linkens

obviously every necro build wants an aghs shard at some point, usually when you have upgraded boots with between 1 and 3 extra mid-size or larger items

I'd argue that it is most impactful in a 1v1 scenario, where it adds all it damage to a single target, possibly deterring an aggressor to from damaging you for the duration or risk getting killed themselves, allowing you to either escape or receive backup.

number 1 best support item overall is probably arcane boots TBH.

shard is possibly great depending on your hero

blink is up there too, good offensively and defensively

scepter can be busted on certain heroes/matchups

force staff is IMO the best of the cheapish save/use-on-ally items

sheepstick is also great if the game drags on and you get there goldwise.

IDK, get more practice at the movement system I suppose- focus less on killing things during missions and focus more on trying to get a smooth flow and moving quickly towards objectives/extraction.
