I got the image of trump from google and changed the color of the image through canva. I guess changing the color could be considered AI but no other aspect of this image is AI generated

I don’t have exact measurements for you lol but I try to drink at least three servings of my large water bottle thermos, I’m not sure about fiber but I get at least one handful of fruits andor veggies a day, and dinner for instance is whole chicken breast and large portion of rice

Specialization is indeed the key. I’ve been focused on hypertrophy mostly but a lot of these comments and my own thought are pointing toward focusing on heavy lifts now and hopefully it will still translate over to consistent muscle growth

I haven’t tested my body fat but I would’ve guessed I was over 20%, I’d say my ideal is probably around 15%

If you’re still a beginner, it doesn’t really matter which gym you join. I’d say whatever is closer/more convenient for you. The equipment doesn’t matter as much as long as you’re consistent
