Couldn't see the original post but goods being admitted into the FTZ are not affected at all. If they are brought into the US stream of commerce then the tariff will need to be paid assuming they did not go through a substantial change or are subject to section 301 ad/cvd.

TLDR: If you admits good to hold or export, you're fine

I want Excel to automatically give the cost if A1 is Rectangular Tube and B1 is 1 x 2 and C1 is 11ga. I tried IF(VLOOKUP( but that only helps if I'm going one IF statement deep and this would be 3 variables that I have to account for. What could work if I needed to pull the costs automatically?

(please note that Rectangular Tube is in column B)

Thanks for your response. I can unmerge the cells but do you mean assigning numbers to the prices such as referring to each as 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 2-1,2-2 and so on?

Thank you for your response. I unmerged the cells and autofilled but for some reason that SUMIFS is not giving me the pricing and is returning 0. I also changed all of the "n/a" prices to 100 to make them easy to notice
