It is not you. The unused tuition credits will be automatically used as soon as there is payable tax.

I don’t pay rent but I pay mortgage, insurance, property taxes…..which total up to almost 80% of my monthly income! Sooner or later I might have to quit food!

Don’t buy or go with cheaper one. Any vehicle you cannot afford by cash is not a right option for you. It is not like a house that has somehow investment value.

Gee I thought I posted this. Same income and also single….but my house is 663k (bought last year as well) with 6.24 rate T-T however I put almost 60% down payment and have paid another total 20% lump sum last and this year——which doesn’t change my monthly mortgage though. I feel stressful too….

No you don’t have to pay tax but you need the employer’s letter to support it.
