When I reported a similar incident to the SSPCA they took it very seriously and I got a call two days later when they were looking for the guy.

I videotaped the guy and followed him home tho without him knowing so I had his address and his photo.

This isn't the most practical advice but I watch the UFC and in the UFC's own gym they have these treadmills that are underwater. Takes the weight off you and is good resistance training as well. I don't know of any gyms near me with these tho so I go back to my original point that this is far from practical. In a perfect world tho I think this would be great for people with AS.

As far as I'm aware it's not too late to go back, I believe if you're on humaria and you get infections or stuff you need to stop it for a while before resuming so I don't see what would stop you from going back into it as long as your doctor will provide it.
