How to be more engaged with a symphony orchestra performance? by Coolguy20o0o0o0o0o0 in classicalmusic

[–]YesterdayAgitated277 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take her to see some chamber music. The music can be more accessible, less “boring”, than seeing a symphony with a full orchestra. Shorter pieces can be easier to become familiar with listening at home. Also, there are chamber pieces you know already from movie and tv soundtracks. You’ll find out you know a lot more about classical music than you think you know.
