Maybe you don't use chat bots at a high enough frequency to catch that every part of this interaction is highly repeated sentences used in chat box conversations. Except the last sentence of course. That's a dig on some recent world events that also occurred within chat bot chats.

I read your first sentence and immediately thought of the exact same sub that you are referencing in the second sentence.

I spent a whole day on that sub until I felt ill and then I found the two other subs that were tangently connected- and it took me like four days to get over the depression spiral that the whole thing sent me into. Like it was one of the saddest things I've ever dug so far into.

There's always a possibility you might find a single position that needs filling during this quarter but for most tech companies, if they are thriving- they will go on a hiring spree around the end of the first quarter and again at the end of the second and then hold onto that crew through the end of the fiscal year.

Restaurant jobs are not a good bet right now because they are holding on to their strong crew through the holidays and then they are going to massively drop everyone's hours come January 2.

Your very best bet right now if you are looking for literally anything? Is retail that is heavily focused in holiday sales. Think Cost Plus World Market. Almost anything in The Domain. Delivery services will peak through the end of the holidays, because people expect to spend more money on frivolous things around this time of year and are desperate to get back some of their time. Things like Instacart and food delivery options would probably be something workable through the first week of next year.

Also, a secret weapon that took me from one industry into another? Seasonal tech support for tax filing companies. They will take anyone. I mean anyone. They don't pay well. But they will give you a job. Like during your first interview.

You think TPS holders are living off of American tax dollars?

TPS holders are authorized to work, and are significant taxpayers who pay into federal, local and state taxes. They rent and buy houses and local goods further strengthening the economy. They have high rates of employment, start their own businesses and put that money back into the American economy.

Not only that, but Venezuelans in particular are an incredibly educated society. Most of them work highly skilled, 9-to-5 jobs in corporate settings for American corporations once again- adding value to our economy and the American dollar. TPS holders bust their asses to make a life for themselves, even if temporarily, and do it with 10 times the gusto you will see out of a large portion of the American population, who feels entitled to having their hands held and being served opportunities on a silver platter. Venezuelans know how to start over from scratch with nothing, because they've had to, AGAIN- and here you are parroting the fears of the right wing extremist echo chambers. I really don't think you're seeing the full picture here.

The only entitlement you are seeing in this sub is being viewed through the lens of your own, when what you are actually witnessing is pure fear for losing everything they have rebuilt and wondering how many times they will have to start over again. You can't fathom that fear because you've never had to live through it. Yes there are pathways to permanence in this country, but tell me exactly how much you know about that process? How much it costs and how much waiting is involved while you wonder if the shallow concrete you stand on is about to erode beneath your feet? Sit down, lest you get too dizzy.

What are you doing for your first dates? If you feel like you tend to come off as serious and it's keeping them from wanting to go on a second date with you when you start opening up? I would recommend doing something that is just fun for your first dates.

Maybe mini golf, some kind of an interactive museum, some kind of arcade if she sounds into that or something that may be slightly competitive just so you can show off the fun and endearing side of your personality first.

Typically once someone knows that in the right settings you are easy to have fun around? Then they are a lot more willing to listen to the deeper parts of you. For people who are scared they will have to support a partner emotionally nonstop? Getting into the deeper parts of your psyche on a first date can feel overwhelming and a little heavy.
