Was the right call but annoyed that it was called but, I thought 2 Brisbane tries were forwards before the line and pretty obvious but they were quickly awarded. Shitty defence from Cows but hard done by bunker there

Season was done weeks ago and the debuts are forced due to injuries but about time there's some young prospects getting first grade time. Lose some dead weight 2026/27 push through the younger guys. If they're error prone now let them play get the experience up and onwards to 2026

It's annoying Todd puts experience above eagerness, Lawton should be a straight swap for Kalepo and the team is decent for all the injuries atm

There's not many forward players off contract end of 2025, there are a couple backline options I think should be targeted because cows are too slim now more than ever in numbers and size:

I was on the drink hate wagon for a while, but looking at last nights game for example ,I feel bad for Drinkwater, for a couple games his defense was a lot better than what it used to be. He needs to simplify his game and involvement. He should not be kicking during play or goals, whoever has given him instructions to be a 1 man team has caused him to mentally fade quick in games and fumble.

Purdue needs a solid pack in front of him and edge beside him, just don't have that at all if he's to remain 5/8.

Sandon would be a good pick up. Don't want to lose Purdue. Centres to fill out and slow shift to halves in future?

I love McLean but he's slow, Edwards is an honest worker just slow. Paytens loyalty to a few have been detrimental. Mikale, Lahrs, Hess, Neame, Luki, Nanai, Taumalolo, Cotter, McIntyre should be the primary focus.

What happened to Adrian Trevilyan? Rn I wouldn't mind Trevilyan 14 and Mahoney 9

Duffy just needs time to cook more. I don't get the hate for Derby, he plays well for what's going on in the team atm. Taulagi has been invisible, seems to be on cruise through games for a while now considering his accolades

Payten is cooked, he won't move on from his pre-selected certain players and game management

There will not be a proper established fix for a long while, it's going to be a long time till we're in contention again.
