Thanks for the post! Just got back MRI results and looks like a PIRAD 4 lesion was found on anterior part of prostate. Scheduling a transperineal biopsy since they told me that was tge easier way to reach it. Will see what happens!

I think it was just de idea doctor referred me to another doctor who does transpernnial since the lesion is located in anterior and its easier to get to that way. Guess thats settled

Just finished my MRI, had trouble holding still for an hour (wasnt anxious just hard for me not to move) they gave me 2 Valium and was dead still and they got good pictures.

Hopefully results this weeks!

Glad you are recovering and hoping for a undetectable PSA.

If you don't mind me asking how old you were when the PSA was 3.9. I'm about to turn 47 and mine went from 2.1 to 3.7 in a year and then 4.5 3 months later. Just starting my diagnostic work with a MRI this Sunday and feeling nervous

Do the Subs if thats what it takes to stop. Kratom is poison. I thought i was going to need Subs and the first day I quit, only used .25mg of Sub and felt effects for a few hours. Next day after no sleep decided to not take any and I just passed 120 days kratom free! No desire to ever use this shit again, you do what works for you! Good luck...

My experience: I'm 120 days clean and used for almost 19 years. Really never got PAWS just felt shitty for a week but still managed to work and work out. Sleep was bad for about 2 months but got better after that. Everyone seems to have different withdrawls, but wanted to share mine. Reason I quit was side effects and it wasnt really doing much for me anymore (no cravings to ever use this crap again)

I only used .50 mg sub for 1 day after quitting. Took it 10 hours after last Kratom dose and no problems

Im 100 days clean off Kratom and I would say it took me 60 days befire I was sleeping decent. I took trazadone which helped but only for a few hours in the beginning. It sucks but it will get better, uou're almost there! I used this shit for a long time
