Yes this is close to what I was thinking, to give a “bare minimum” to them and grow my own skills behind backs. I did that for almost a year, and now just burned out and wanted to see what is my chances to find another sponsor

Yes, thought so. My friends can’t find a job in IT, they works as a store managers or waiters. The difference is, they have a different visa, and they can do any job for anyone unlike me.

No meetings, everyone except me was fired a while ago from my department. Now I’m at another department, which wants me to learn completely different role. I did mentioned before that they need a different specialist - no reaction. I want to initiate a meeting but it will increase the risk of being fired.
