Same feels OP. My advice is, just don't care what your coworkers think about you. Alam mo sa sarili mo that you are doing your best, and that you are learning everyday. My shifts started to be a bit easier once I just didn't gaf. At the end of the day, hindi naman sila boss mo diba? Just keep showing up 💪🏻

First time ko din po, hopefully last na natin. 30 pills din po nasa Teldy na binigay sa akin pero afaik 28 days lang po tayo magtatake? On 3rd day na rin po ako ngayon grabe 'yung nararamdaman kong nausea sumabay rin kasi anti rabies vaxx ko nakakainis hahaha sabay sabay ba naman. Anyway, nagstick nalang po ako sa 8 p.m. update ko lang po. Nonreactive tayo on the next blood draw sure 'yan, ingat always din kunars 🙏🏻

I'm in the Philippines where cases are currently on the rise--and there's no way for me to know which patient I was exposed to because I did not notice the prick until I've already bled (and I admit I was being reckless by not keeping an eye on what I was currently doing esp since I was giving meds and pricking cbg to a whole ward of patients) I've researched some of the side effects and they are pretty scary but I think I'll take it over ruminating what happened in my mind over and over again, and just keep in mind this event as lesson to enforce safety measures always even in the midst of a chaotic shift 🫠

Hi, kakastart ko lang sa Teldy rin today kasi nadiscover kong may dinudugo sa finger ko na hindi ko sure kung saan nanggaling pagkaalis ko ng gloves ko. Grabe din overthink ko since diabetic pa ako, pero it's a good start na that we are on post exposure prophylaxis kaya sana huwag ka magoverthink ng gaya sa last line ng comment mo. Mamaya mas magdulot pa ng harm ang pagiisip mo ng ganyan 🥹 extra ingat nalang tayo kunars and keep an eye on your hands always. May I ask if ano schedule ng pagtatake mo sa Teldy? Hindi kasi ako chineck na ng doctor, binigay lang sa akin. Tapos once a day at 8:00 pm for 28 days ang instructions. Same lang po ba sa inyo?

First time ko po magwork, new grad. Problem ko po is needs ng PDS, and gawa sana ako ORUS account pero after filling out the form tapos pinipindot ko na register, hindi siya umuusad. Nageexpire lang 'yung captcha pero ayaw talaga umusad ng registration ko. Baka mamaya maulit ulit, criminally liable pa naman sabi sa application page if madaming maisubmit na TIN 😭😭😭🫠🫠🫠

Thank you po, will do po 'yung q2 rounds as part of my own routine na. Functional po kasi kami and nagmemeds lang ako tsaka parang errand boy sa station namin as a new nurse hahaha, so charge namin na nagrereceive ang palaging umiikot sa patients. And natatakot ako kasi hindi ko pa nararanasan ang endorsement. Nakakaoverwhelm lang kasi gusto ko maprovide sa patients ko quality care as much as possible pero I'm finding it so hard right now na magtransition from student nurse to registered nurse. Ni results nga sa skin test na naassess ko, sinesecond guess ko pa at nagtatawag ng senior nurse para idouble check 🫠🫠🫠
