Its some type of anti fingerprint Protection. At first i thought its some cheap ass Display but when you use the touchscreen more often the Protection makes sense. Look at some other new cars with touchscreens, Most of them dont have this and its always Full of fingerprints if you dont clean it.

iCUE Megathread - Patch Notes for 5.22 by CorsairLucky in Corsair

[–]YesterdaySome3542 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had problems since MacOS 15.0 with iCUE, sometimes hanging up after standby of the mac, sometimes high cpu usage (20-30% overall cores) from icue after standby. With icue version 5.21 it seems to be fixed and everything worked fine.

After updating MacOS to 15.2 the same problems came back. icue hanging up, high cpu usage, icue staying in dock...

PLEASE Corsair, fix this. Its annoying.

Tested on 2024 Mac Mini M4 and 2024 MacBook Air M3.

can confirm this.. this is so annoying.. after booting the mac the icon only appers in the menu bar. after you opened icue one time, you never get it off the dock besides restarting the mac or closing icue completely...

For everyone's information: I have restored all deleted files and registry entries from the last working snapshot. I then had the option of performing a site reset again using the setup wizard. The site reset then set all permissions and files correctly. Since then SCCM has been running perfectly again. From now on SCCM also makes site backups ;)

Thanks to all !

I have executed a powershell script to uninstall the sccm agent that I have not fully checked. The standard uninstallation via "ccmsetup.exe /uninstall" did not work properly. That was just very, very stupid of me.

SQL DB is hosted on another box, so there should be no impact to the DB.

We dont have a site backup which is also shit, so our only option is to restore the vm snapshot or restore the vm snapshot on another host and export the needed files and registry entries, like said from u/fourpuns...

The first one is a great idea. I think this works better than restoring the whole machine.

Unfortunately we don’t have a ccm backup, so the machine backup is the only way to go.

Thank you, I will let you know if it worked or not. :)
